This is a guided meditation for 1111. The 11/11 portal is an annual event that occurs on November 11, when the day and month of the calendar align in numeric harmony. This cosmic gateway is a symbol of spiritual growth and has the power to connect you to your divine essence.
In this meditation, we will meditate for 11 minutes and connect with healing earth energies and connect with our highest self.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.
