SIPOC stands for:
a) Suppliers
b) Inputs
c) Process
d) Outputs
e) Customers
Suppliers can be people, groups or organizations which provides raw material.
Inputs can be raw material or a instruction or a resource like human resource, financial resource, technological resource, mechanical resource.
Process indicates conversion, transformation, production or a process of planning like production planning, inventory planning, procurement planning.
Output is what a process produces, it can be product, services, information or a waste.
Supply chain is full of SIPOCs, there are series of SIPOCs in a chain of supply.
Customers are those who will get the outputs, or will be facilitated by the outputs.
