يستعرض هذا الفيديو المسطرة العادية لتحفيظ عقار سواء كان ارضا او شقة او منزلا .
تتلخص مسطرة التحفيظ العقاري حسب قانون 07.14 في الاتي:
1. ايداع مطلب التحفيظ  من طرف طالب التحفيظ لدى المحافظة العقارية مقابل وصل مؤشر عليه
2.انجاز المحافظ العقاري ملخصا لمطلب التحفيظ بناء على بيانات مطلب التحفيظ والوثائق الثبوتية للعقار
3. نشر مطلب التحفيظ في الجريدة الرسمية والمحكمة الابتدائية ومقر السلطة المحلية والجماعة الترابية لمحل العقار
4.تعيين المحافظ المهندس مساح طبوغرافي او تقني طبوغرافي محلف قصد انجار تحديد العقار ومعاينته على أرض الواقع وانجار رسم عقاري مؤقت العقار
4. انجاز محضراومحاضر تحديد العقار و إرسالها المحافظ العقاري قصد فحصها ودراستها.
5.النشر الثاني لمطلب التحفيظ بعد تحديد العقار بالجريدة  الرسمية والمحكمة الابتدائية ومقر السلطة المحلية والجماعة الترابية لمدة 60 يوما الاطلاع العموم عليه ولاتاحة امكانية التعرض في حالة وجوده
6. بعد انتهاء 60 يوم ولم يتعرض اي شخص على مطلب التحفيظ وكانت كل الاوراق الثبوتيةللعقارشرعية وسليمة يصدر المحافظ قرارها النهائي لتحفيظ العقار واصدار رسم عقاري رسمي ونهائي.
7. اذا اهلا مسطرة التحفيظ تعرض يحيل المحافظ العقاري الملف بكامله للمحكمة قصد البث في التعرض.وبعد ذلك تستأنف مسطرة التحفيظ بشكل عادي.

This video shows the regular ruler for preserving real estate, whether it is land, apartment or house.
The real estate reservation procedure according to Law 07.14 is summarized as follows:
1. The memorization request shall be deposited by the student at the real estate governorate in return for an indicative receipt
2. The real estate governor has completed a summary of the memorization request based on the memorization requirement data and the property’s supporting documents.
3. Publication of the memorization request in the official gazette, the court of first instance, the headquarters of the local authority, and the territorial community of the property's location
4- Appointing the governor, the engineer, a topographical surveyor or a sworn topographical technician, with the intention of engaging in identifying the property and inspecting it on the ground, and engaging in a temporary real estate drawing of the property
4. Completion of a report and minutes of identifying the real estate and sending it to the real estate portfolios for examination and study.
5- The second publication of the reservation request after identifying the property in the official gazette, the court of first instance, the headquarters of the local authority and the territorial community for a period of 60 days for public access to it and to allow the possibility of exposure in case it exists
6. After the expiration of 60 days, and no person has been subjected to the memorization request, and all the property documents are legitimate and intact, the governor issues his final decision to preserve the property and issue an official and final real estate fee.
7. If the memorization ruler is welcome to display the real estate governor, the entire file shall be referred to the court in order to broadcast the opposition. After that, the memorization procedure shall be resumed normally.
