Welcome to Yin Yoga Without Props - a calming, deeply restorative yoga practice for all levels including beginners, that you can do at home without props.  The class starts with a calming breathing exercise ( pranayama ) to strengthen the lungs and increase the body's natural energy and healing power.

The yin yoga sequence includes full body stretching exercises - static stretching and dynamic stretching - while deeply relaxing, to restore the body's natural energy flow, reduce stress and inflammation, boost the immune system, and support overall health and wellness.

In many cases yin yoga is taught with a variety of props - straps, blocks, etc.. but in this specially designed practice, we'll work with a deeply restorative yin yoga sequence without props. This yin yoga practice includes a variety of yoga stretches - hip stretches, glute stretches, quad stretches, hamstring stretches, both dynamic stretching and static stretching with mindful breath to induce a state of deep rejuvenating calm.
