Rasmalai Recipe || How to make soft rasmalai #cookwithme

Rasmalai is a Bengali delicacy that is very people among the Indian Sweet Lovers. Ras literally translates to "juice" and malai to "Cream". Note: Boiling and Curdling milk correctly will give you the super soft chena. If the chena is not soft then rasmalai will not turn soft but instead will turn hard. Use ice cold water or ice cubes after the entire milk has curdled. This will give you the soft chena.
