Chaz aka Upheave shows you how to kick free kicks from any distance!
For short kicks around 20-28 yards simply aim, then hold the left stick forward and power to around 2 bars.
For medium kicks around 29-34 yards aim, then hold LB and the left stick forward, and power the kick to around 3 bars,
For long kicks around 35 yards and up aim towards the corner opposite the goalie, then hold LB and power up the kick to around 3 bars, or a touch more and hold the left stick slighty to the right, to counter the spin on the ball.
