Squash Fritters recipe
3 cups shredded yellow squash about 2 regular size squash
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. sugar
1 large egg
pepper

just enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet
fry 3 minutes on each side or till brown
