Tap in with us for this quick and effective HIIT workout that combines  plyometric movements with isometric holds. You don't need any equipment for this workout but we highly recommend getting in a good warm up beforehand. This session was has a lot more advanced movements but we have some lower impact modifications available.This is a great challenge if you're looking to level up your HIIT workouts. Dumbbell HIIT Workout

•👇**Exercise System**👇•
-- We will use for todays workout which is a full body workout helping us to achieve an ideal physique. [Strength , HIIT, & Cardio/ No Equipment]
-- Overall we have 2 workouts each consisting of 9 exercises, 12 seconds of rest in between.
-- Between each workout we will have 60 seconds of rest
-- We have 8 exercises as warmup each taking 25 seconds with 10 seconds of rest time in between.
-- Carefully watch the demonstration of the exercises.
-- Modified exercises for individuals with higher risks of injury
* people with 50 years of age or more
* people with high obesity
* people with low training readiness
* people with injuries
