I.M.F agreement 2023 whole situation of business in country totally collapsed including property business aswell economic condition is being got worse bit by bit  unemployments and inflation is going up day by day  on top of that i.m.p deal is not being finalised that is why unrest in the market no one interested in purchasing property because of this plot and land prices slide enormously and shortage of purchasersin the market and many sellers are available this year 2023 is not good for property business and more likely to be same situation in 2024 aswell.
