To get the shotgun in
To get the shotgun in Resident Evil 2 Remake early in the game, you have to find the weapons locker key card and unlock the weapon locker.
After you find the Spade key in 3F, you can open the Art Room in the East Wing. Here you can find the weapons locker key card and unlock the shotgun in the Safety Deposit Room.
