Workflow HACK for Subtitles in DaVinci Resolve 18

This is was a DaVinci Resolve 18 tutorial, but I am pretty sure the same workflow will still work if you haven't updated DaVinci and are still working from DaVinci Resolve 17, maybe even 16.
