The party further criticized the current government's handling of skyrocketing inflation, which has reached 38%, calling the arrest of former Chief Minister of Punjab Parvez Elahi absurd. The incident was captured in a video shared by the party, showing the 77-year-old leader being dragged by security personnel from his residence, Zahoor Elahi.
