Achieve! An HRSB / NSCC /Community Services Partnership

Achieve is a transition program that prepares young adults with disabilities for life after high school. The program is a partnership between the Halifax Regional School Board, Nova Scotia Community College and the NS Department of Community Services. Meet two HRSB graduates who completed the program in June 2017 -- and are ready to conquer the world!
