Sweet Kachori is a traditional delicacy. It is most popular & Traditional snack in India & Pakistan. This food is equally famous in elderly and children A sweet dish that contains two unique and very delicious parts, the outer layer and the inner filling. The outer layer of kachori is made with all purpose flour and the filling is simply delicious combo of khoya, nuts and cardamom powder. No other sweet dish can take the place of this homemade sweet kachori recipe.
A very traditional snack and children favorite recipe . This is very famous delicacy on Holy Shab e Barat .It is easy to make and very delicious to taste .
Let’s learn how to make this special recipe at home :
Ingredients :
Dough :
• All Purpose Flour   1 Cup
• Salt   ¼ Tsp
• Oil   1 Tbsp
• Chill Water As Required
Stuffing :
• Khoya   4 Tbsp
• Sugar   4 Tbsp
• Pistachios   1 Tbsp
• Almonds   1 Tbsp
• Cashewnuts   1 Tbsp
• Walnuts   1 Tbsp
• Raisins   1 Tbsp
• Green Cardamom Powder   ¼ Tsp
Paste :
• All Purpose Flour   1 Tbsp
• Ghee   1 Tbsp
• Oil For Frying
Method :
• In a bowl add all purpose flour , salt , oil and mix well
• Add water as required and knead a soft dough, it should be neither sticky nor hard. Soft and pliable.  
• Cover and let rest for half an hour.
• In a bowl add khoya , raisins , almonds , pistachios , cashewnuts , walnuts , sugar , green cardamom powder and mix well
• In a bowl add melted ghee and all purpose flour , mix well  and make a smooth paste
• Make small balls of dough , flatten these balls one by one
• spread a tbs of batter over it.
• Fold over one side to half the rolled out ball. Apply a little batter again, and fold the other side over it. Then fold from the sides, once from the right and once from the left. Make a small square.
• Roll out the little square. Place 1 tbs filling in the centre. Pick up the sides and hold together lengthwise. Pick up the ends and twist in the middle to clockwise the kachori. Flatten it a bit
• In a wok heat oil
• Place the kachoris inside and let them cook.. The MOST important thing is, the heat must be LOW. When u put the kachoris in, the should just come to rest at the bottom. Once they cook from inside, they will float up. Then turn and fry golden
