Pop/alt singer-songwriter, Savannah Outen, is released her new single, “The Hard Way,” which she wrote about her feelings towards the music industry. "It was making me feel so low, anxious, hopeless.. I could’ve taken shortcuts or been something I’m not to please people, but doing it my way just sounds more fun.” Savannah explains.
After having been pushed and pulled in the past to put out a certain kind of music in order to "make it”, she is embracing being herself — no crazy attention-seeking style gimmicks.
She's hopeful that both her amazing lifelong fans and new listeners will connect with her fresh sound, relate, identify with the music and celebrate the thought that being yourself is liberating. “I’m just trying to say something that others don’t know how to. And I hope this song speaks to them,” says Savannah.
