*supplies
2 eggplant medium size, 1 onion, oil 5T

- a marinade
Soy sauce 2T, tuna liquid 2T, oligosaccharide 1T, oyster sauce 2T, water 5T, red pepper powder 1T

1T (15 g) = Adult spoon

*Notes
-  It takes less than 15 minutes.
-  If you only eat the seasoning, it tastes salty,
  so you have to eat it with rice to make it taste simple  and harmonious.
-  If you cook small branches with the sauce in the recipe, you can prepare four.
