Cascadian Television 1 • 1969 Ident (Alternate History)

Founded in 1949 as the television division of Cascadian Radio, Cascadian Television is the national television broadcaster of Cascadia. Experimental color broadcasts began in the mid-1960s, and in 1969, color service was officially implemented on Cascadian Television 1, though many programs were still produced in B&W through the 1970s. A videotape recording documenting the introduction of color exists, and is the source for the first color Cascadian Television ident presented here. It is similar to the preceding B&W ident used in the late 1960s, and was only in use for a brief period of time.
