What is Predictive Accounting in SAP S/4HANA?
It is an accounting of future projection of revenue and cost in a business. It is done by using prediction ledger.
How SAP S4 HANA Predictive Accounting Works:
First the incoming sales orders are translated into predicted revenue. Then this predicted revenue is translated into expected expenditures.
Advantages of predictive accounting of SAP S4 HANA 1909:
1: It helps in accurately forecasting the future revenue of the business. This is based on sales order predicted receivables and profit margin.
2: It helps to generate future working capital reports based on the predicted revenue and expected expenditures
3: It helps identifying underlying opportunities for the business to grow and finding exceptions.
