Skip the Harmful 7, but don't skip these lovely Cinnamon Spiced Baked Pears!

Here’s what you’ll need:

3 pears
4 tbs rolled oats
2 tbs almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tbs water

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Slice pears in half and scoop out the centers
3. Mix remaining ingredients together
4. Spoon mixture into the center of the pear
5. Bake on an ungreased pan for 30 minutes, or until pears are tender
