The Brain Boost program is designed to help you explore new ideas for activities that can help keep your brain healthy if you have early memory problems, or have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment. Activities in this program are designed to engage in mental stimulation, social engagement, physical activity, diet, creativity, and many other aspects all of which have a positive impact on overall brain health.
