This video is for the acupressure treatment of Frozen Shoulder and Shoulder Pain. With the help of this treatment, it can help you with every kind of shoulder-related problem i.e. the problem in shoulder movement, freezing of shoulder and etc. By following the tips you can get relief in a short period of time.
When you look at your index finger of the left hand, it represents your left arm where the lower joint of your index finger is for shoulder, the middle joint is for elbow and the upper joint is for the wrist.
And the same for the other hand as explained above.
If you have the pain in the left shoulder, then you have to take the left index finger. Then you have to stimulate the point for the shoulder with the acupressure ring as shown in the video.
The same procedure will be adopted for the right shoulder with the right hand.
After it, you have to take some seeds of Methi and paste it on the doctored tape and paste that tape with methi seeds on the index finger and thumb's lower joint.
You should adopt this same procedure for 1 month.
If the pain is in the right shoulder then the liver should be treated
If the pain is in the left shoulder then the heart needs to be treated and if the person is diabetic they should keep their blood sugar levels in check.
