Today we are going to check out what the Las Vegas Cosmopolitan calls it's Pool District. The Cosmo Swimming Pool District consists of two main pools. The Boulevard Pool is located in the Boulevard Tower with awesome views of the Las Vegas Strip! The Chelsea Pool is located in (you guessed it) The Chelsea Tower.
