PHILIPPINE AIRLINES- Business Class- Vancouver to Manila.

Trying the direct flight from Vancouver to Manila once again with PAL. Last time I noticed seat covers were not automatically handed out. You had to ask if you want one. This time, they were already on the seats. Did anything else change?????
