My Gratitude Practice Tips for Daily Gratitude! Hey there friends! Welcome back to my channel... It's freezing here in the foothills of the Tennessee mountains... but I just had to share this message with you today! Here are some of my tips for practicing daily gratitude!

These gratitude tips are such a wonderful way to start your day every morning. No matter where you are in life, there is always something to be grateful for.  There is so much abundance around us even if we don’t feel like we can see it right now.

By starting a practice of gratitude on a daily basis, it helps you to just get in a better mood from the start!  No one likes to go through the day in a bad mood, so by finding something to be grateful for every morning, it helps you to feel more enthusiastic, and it makes you more determined to work toward your goals. It raises your optimism and increases your energy…. And who doesn’t need that?  It helps you to pay more attention to what is going on around you… when you start living in a state of gratitude, you automatically start seeing more things around you to be grateful for.
