Super simple and quick recipe for an egg ham cheese sandwich from the street food festival in Korea 🇰🇷 😍

You need:
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 egg
- 1 tomato 🍅
- Cheese of your choice (small, grated)
- Ham

Put eggs in a cup, season and add cheese and stir everything together.
Also cut the ham into small pieces.
Heat oil or butter in the pans (I used 2 pieces) over medium heat.
We put the toast in one pan and the egg with cheese from the cup in the other pan.
Turn the toast after a short time.
Put the ham on the egg and some more cheese.
The whole thing is now frying. When the toast is turned, put tomato slices on it and, if you like, a sauce or mayonnaise of your choice. Then put the egg on the toast.
Close it and let it fry briefly.
Serve from the pan to the plate and be happy
