If you don't know where the dead body is and you must go there and click the dead body in the console, but you did find the refID code in wiki website (or any website that provides the refID's). Then type the following command in the console to get there. Player.moveto 0001a6d8 (this is RIA's id so your id is going to be different) The game will teleport you there, so you can load the console, click the dead body to get the ID active and type the same commands to rest the marriage quest.
