Nepal Government Ministry for Labour, Employment and Social Security has determined the minimum wage of workers in Nepal on 25th Adhadh 2075 and that wage to be effective form 17th July 2018 or 1st Srawan 2075. In this video we discuss and demonstrate you how it calculated and how to be paid the minimum wage per month, Minimum wage per day and minimum wage per hour in Nepal. What are the percentage to be contributed by employer as a retirement fund and provident fund and how basic salary and allowances and retirement fund provide to employee.

नेपाल सरकार श्रम, रोजगार तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा मन्त्रालयले श्रमिकको न्यूनतम पारिश्रमिक तोकेको छ । २०७५ श्रावण १ गतेदेखि लागु हुने गरि नेपाल सरकारले नयाँ परिश्रमिक रु. १३,४५० निर्धारण गरेको छ । ट्रेड युनियन प्रतिनिधी सरकार र रोजगारदाता सम्मिलीत न्यनतम पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण समितिले सिफारिस गरेको आधारमा नेपाल सरकार श्रम, रोजगार तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा मन्त्रालयले मिति २०७५ असार २५ गते सोमबार पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गरेको हो ।
