Unstuffed Peppers Ninja Speedi
1lb of lean ground beef
1 medium onion(white) cut up
3 bell peppers cut up
onion,garlic,salt & pepper
Worcestershire sauce
1 can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 cup of rice(uncle ben)
1 cup of beef/chicken broth
*if your not using uncle Ben's than you may need more water(u will need to figure that out)
put Speedi on sear & saute mode for 5min then add your ground beef & season
when browned add water,then rice & mix
then dump the can of fire tomatoes, onions & peppers
steam for 15min
add cheese then stir
then add cheese to cover top
broil for 5min
