Why I'm leaving the Netherlands

I've been living in Maastricht, the Netherlands, for almost 5 years. In that time, I've worked, paid taxes, learned the language, bought a house, and become a Dutch citizen. Here's why I've still decided to leave the the Netherlands.

I don't regret coming to the Netherlands, and I've definitely met some people who were nothing but welcoming. My intention is to share some of my specific experiences and why they have prevented me from feeling like I belong here.
