On Thursday, March 30, USC Annenberg hosted a panel discussion about the current and future use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in public relations, and a demo about new AI platforms developed for communication professionals. Fred Cook, director of the USC Center for Public Relations, was the host, and the discussion was moderated by Doug Dawson, USC adjunct instructor and general manager of global communications for Microsoft.
