This is an extended Non Sleep Deep Rest 40 Minutes (NSDR) Guided Meditation for those of you who have requested a longer version.

The same techniques employed by Dr Andrew Huberman's NSDR protocol are applied here, but it's a longer session and should leave you feeling deeply rested and refreshed after the session.

The session includes breathing exercises, awareness practices, visualisation, and a complete and thorough body scan.

Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) or yoga nidra, is relaxation technique that induces a restful state akin to deep sleep without actually sleeping.
