Hello friends, Today i am going to share the recipe of most easy Eggless Mango Cake in Pressure Cooker. It is very simple and easy method and ingredients used here are easily available in our kitchen. So do try this delicious and mouthwatering recipe and share your experience with me.

Ingredients of Mango Cake:
1. Mango.
2. Flour.
3. Baking Powder.
4. Baking soda.
5. Powdered Sugar.
6. Refined Oil.
7. Mango Pulp.
8. Milk.

Methods of how to make Mango Cake:
1. At first peel and cut 2 Ripe Mangoes in small pieces .
2. Put those pieces in a blender jar and make a smooth paste.
3. Take a 6 inch cake tin and brush oil all over it.
4. Dust Maida all the cake tin or you can use butter paper instead.
5. Take a bowl place a strainer on top and add 1 cup Maida,1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda.
6. Strain all the ingredients in the bowl.
7.Take a separate bowl and add 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, 1/3 cup Refined Oil, 1/2 cup Mango Pulp. Mix them well with a whisk..
8. After mixing add the flour mixture slowly in 2 times and mix.
9. It feel heavy so add 1/4 cup Milk Slowly and mix.
10. Pour the batter in the Cake tin.
11. Preheat a pressure cooker for 10 mins on high flame.
12. Place a metal stand inside and put the cake tin in it. Close the lid without the whistle. Bake for 45 mins on medium to low flame.
13. After 45 mins turn off your oven and open the lid.
14. Take it out and let it cool down to demold.
