2024 Panagbenga festival opens in Baguio City

Now in its 28th year, the Panagbenga Festival opens in Baguio City with the theme “celebrating tradition, embracing innovation.” To mark the opening, dancers participate in a civic parade held from the Panagbenga Park to Melvin Jones Grandstand on Saturday, February 3.
