If I had to choose one lens to use forever with the ZV-e10, this lens would be the obvious choice. This is the Sigma 30mm f1.4 lens and it’s what I used to shoot My Story, the film I made using the Sony ZV-e10 to prove once and for all that you don’t need expensive cameras or equipment to shoot cinematic, Hollywood Quality movies. I’m also working on shooting a tv commercial using the ZV-e10 with this thirty millimeter lens so make sure you subscribe to the channel if you haven’t already because I’m a full behind the scenes feature to that commercial and am planning to drop it in the next few weeks.
Now this review of the Sigma 30mm isn’t going to be like other videos on YouTube where they show off footage shot in a studio or at the local park. This is going to be my actual experience as a filmmaker using these lenses to shoot a real film. And at the end of the video I’m going to talk a bit about some of my other favorite accessories for this camera, so make sure you stick around to the end!
