Bendpak XPR-10AS Review - Lacking Quality Assurance

I find that Bendpak dominates youtube with positive reviews from folks they provided lifts to at a discount or for free in exchange to say nice things online. Not it. This is a two year review of the XPR10-AS and my experience thus far with warranty support and the 7 months it took to get an even more broken part.
