Chicken skewers are a favorite in our house. Marinating it with a sweet chili sauce before grilling on the Weber Kettle is the perfect way to prepare this easy meal. With the addition of two simple dipping sauces, these skewers won't last long at your table.
Sweet Chili Marinade Ingredients
1/2 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Lime Juice
Tangy Peanut Dipping Sauce Ingredients
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar
1 TBSP Lime Juice
1 1/2 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
Water As Necessary To Thin
Orange Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce Ingredients
1 TBSP Mustard
1 TBSP Orange Juice
3 TBSP Honey
