Guests of the Botanical Garden
Guests of the Botanical Garden of Naples, in this series of videos we will discover the fascinating evolution of plants.
Thanks to the splendid collections of the Garden and with the support of images in the field, we will wind our way through mosses, ferns, conifers up to the flowering plants. At the end of the path, we will also do some insights on topics such as ethnobotany and the importance of the Botanical Gardens, such as the one in Naples.
In this first episode, we will understand what does "plant" mean and we will deepen our understanding of scientific nomenclature, and then we'll talk briefly about the evolution and biodiversity of plants that will be the subject of the next videos.
