Coco//Remember Me Animatic (Collab with Annapantsu)

(if you haven't seen Coco yet, this video might be kind of confusing.)
This. movie. wrecked. me.
In fact, when i visited some  close friends a few months back, I was trying to explain to them why they should watch Coco but I kept bursting into tears and trying to talk at the same time, so for the rest of the week my friend Noah would find moments to play Remember Me on his speaker at random so I'd burst into tears again. (It was all in good fun and we thought it was hilarious.) As you can probably imagine, I became desensitized to the song lol.
So I decided to make this animatic in the perspective of Imelda after Hector doesn't return home for a year or something.
I really loved their interactions in the movie and I kind of wanted to explore that a bit through Anna's beautiful cover!
SPEAKING OF WHICH, I've been obsessed with Anna's voice since forever so I was ECSTATIC when she approached me to do a collab!
