FOLLOW US: Instagram: www.instagram.com/priyapanigrahi_ Facebook: www.facebook.com/flavouritfancy/ CONTACT: [email protected] INGREDIENTS: Measurements for an 8X8 inch pan -2 Cups espresso/Instant strong coffee (Room temperature) -1 Cup whipping cream -1/3 Cup granulated sugar -1 Tsp vanilla extract -1 ½ Cup mascarpone Cheese (Room temperature) -2 Tbsp golden Rum/Brandy (Optional) -25-30 Ladyfingers -2 Tbsp cocoa powder for dusting on top -Take 2 cups of expresso/Instant strong coffee and bring it to room temperature. -In a large mixing bowl take 1 cup whipping cream, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and beat them until soft peaks form. Add in 1 ½ cups of mascarpone cheese and continue to beat. Then pour in 2 tablespoons of golden rum/brandy (optional) and beat until it creates a soft, spreadable mixture with medium peaks. -Take around 25-30 ladyfingers. Quickly dip the top and bottom of the lady fingers in the coffee (Make sure that they do not crumble and fall apart. A quick dunk is enough) and place in an 8×8 pan to make the first layer. -Break the lady fingers as needed to get an even layer. Now take half of the mascarpone + cream filling onto the ladyfingers and spread it in one even layer. - Repeat the process with the second layer of ladyfingers. Once the dish is fully covered add the remaining mascarpone mixture and smooth out. -Dust cocoa powder over the top using a sieve. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight before serving. - Leftovers can be refrigerated for a couple of days in the fridge. Shop Items You See In My Videos!
