Read my guide and do the following step by step:
1. Samsung Galaxy J8 is set up at "google account verification" screen and you will use a good USB cable for
making a connection between phone and laptop.
2. Please make sure both Galaxy J8 and laptop have enough batteries, at least 15%.
3. On your laptop (I recommend a Windows laptop. Desktop is also fine)
From browser, access: www.goo.gl/PjUxop
This is USB Redirector software. Download and open it into your laptop. Press "NEXT" for setting up. This software will ask the technician address, please contact us and we will set up.
If everything is perfect, it will take 5-10 minutes for finishing. Galaxy J8 will be free from old google account.
