TITLE: The Stormbringer.
DESCRIPTION: Mage character with 100% magic immunity and enchanted gear that makes destruction and alteration cost 0 magicka.
SKILLS: Major skills are Destruction, Alteration, Enchanting, Restoration, and Conjuration (optional)

ALTERATION - Essential: Novice Alteration, Apprentice Alteration, Expert Alteration, Adept Alteration, Expert Alteration, Alteration Dual Casting, Mage Armor (3 stages), Stability, Atronach
RESTORATION - Essential: Novice Restoration, Apprentice Restoration, Adept Restoration. Optional: Respite, Recovery, Avoid Death.
ENCHANTING - Essential: 5 Stages of Enchanter, Insightful Enchanter, Corpus Enchanter, Extra Effect.
CONJURATION (Optional Skill) - Essential: Novice Conjuration, Apprentice Conjuration, Adept Conjuration, Expert Conjuration, Summoner, Atromancy, Elemental Potency, Twin Souls

1. LIGHTNING STORM - Essential. Sold by Faralda at College of Winterhold upon completion of Destruction Ritual Spell quest (requires 90 destruction to start quest).
2. INCINERATE - Essential. Sold by Faralda (requires 70 destruction) and Enthir at College of Winterhold.
3. THUNDERBOLT - Essential. Sold by Faralda (requires 75 destruction).
4. PARALYZE - Essential. Sold by Tolfdir at College of Winterhold (requires 70 Alteration).
5. MASS PARALYSIS - Essential. Sold by Tolfdir upon completion of Alteration Ritual Spell quest (requires 90 alteration to start).
6. DRAGONHIDE - Essential. Given by Tolfdir upon completion of Alteration Ritual Spell quest.
7. EBONYFLESH - Essential. Sold by Tolfdir (requires 70 Alteration).
8. CONJURE DREMORA LORD - Optional. Sold by Phinis Gestor at College of Winterhold (requires 65 Conjuration).

1. Choose Atronach Stone (+50% spell absorption).
2. Get Atronach Perk (+30% spell absorption).
3. Complete Dragonborn DLC to get Miraak's Robes (+15% spell absorption) and Boots (+5%).

IMPORTANT NOTES
______________________________________________________________________
Note 1: Paralysis + Lightning Storm actually does not work that well. Lightning storm push enemies around when they are paralyzed, making it hard to aim. Paralysis + dual wielding Incinerate or Thunderbolt is far more effective.
Note 2: Dual Casting Incinerate or Thunderbolt is actually VERY powerful, especially with impact. In some scenarios, even better than Lightning Storm.
Note 3: Unofficial Skyrim patch is actually not available for PS4. Sorry for the mistake!
Note 4: The Alteration perk chart is missing Alteration Dual Casting; this is an essential perk. Apologies for the mistake!
Also, you CAN dual cast Dragonhide by holding down both casting buttons. The animation is the same, but it lasts over 2x as long.
