How to make a voice call for Lenovo A6000 for Jio 4G. Change settings in steps.

. Lenovo A6000 do have LTE support on both the sim cards.

. Your phone has Dual-SIM support but only one sim supports 4G, if this is the case make sure you insert the sim in correct 4G compatible slot which is usually the first slot.

. Like Settings - Mobile Networks - Preferred network type.-Select Jio4G4G. And data option is switched on for the 4G compatible primary slot.
. If above two conditions are met and you still do not get signal, make sure your sim is properly inserted and is activated from the operator's end. Try re-inserting the SIM and restart your phone.
. Some time, the signals is very weak within closed area. Better try outside/open area once and check.

.If you are using the Jio SIM on a regular 3G handset, it will notify you that the voice calls are offline.
.Go to Play Store, and search for Jio4GVoice App.
.Down load. The 'Jio4Voice' status will change to online. Now you can Call using Jio4Voice.
