Three poses to help one have healthy, restful sleep! Very relaxing. Be as still as you can while practicing these mudras, with eyes closed, and focus on your breath. You can hold these mudras for as long as you like, and the longer and more often you practice them, the better they will work.

1. shakti mudra
2. parivatan mudra (good night mudra)
3. chin mudra
