New Crusader Kings 3 (1.8.0 "Robe") Exploit - 100 Stat-Man Ironman Compatible

As the title says, an exploit to get a 100-stat man has already been discovered in the newest 1.8.0 Robe update for CK3. With this exploit, you can create more than just a 100-stat man. You can create literally anything all with a notepad.
