How to make mango mousse without whipping cream | Mango mousse| Mango cheese mousse | Mousse recipe | Mango dessert recipe

Ingredients:
1) Mango
2) Milk - 900 ml (full fat)
3) Salt - ¼ teaspoon
4) Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

Recipe :

Let’s make cheese first
1)   Heat milk in thick bottom pan on medium flame.
2)   Add salt according to your taste
3)   When milk comes to boil, add lemon syrup.
4)   Stir the milk slightly, you will see that milk has started to curdle, after            few seconds water gets separated from the milk fat.
5)   Take a muslin (thin cotton) cloth in a bowl. Drain the water from the curdle milk and get the cheese separated.
6)   Wash with water to remove the lemon flavor.
7)   Blend roughly to make cheese smooth

You can keep cheese in refrigerator till we make mango juice

Mango juice:
1)   Cut mango and remove its pulp
2)   Blend mango pulp and make juice
3)   If mangoes are not sweet add sugar.
4)   Fill cheese in pipping bag

Add cheese and mango juice layer by layer in the glass and decorate as you like. Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours and allow it to set down. Garnish with mango slices
