INGREDIENTS
1. Maida - 1 cup
2. Coco powder - 1 tsp
3. Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
4. baking powder - 1 tsp
5. Egg - 5 nos ( Big egg - 4 nos)
6. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
7. Melted butter - 2 tbsp (28 gm) ( or veg : 2 tbsp)
8.powdered sugar - 1 cup
9. Food colour - magic red / super red - 1 tsp
Pre - heat oven 180 c - 15 min
Baking time - 180 c - 35 - 40 min
BUTTER MILK
Raw milk - 1/4 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
WHIPPING CREAM FROSTING
1. Whipping cream - 1 1/4 cup
2. Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1. Cream cheese - 150 gm
2. powdered sugar - 2 tbs
