Luffy, a son of a wealthy family, witnessed the arrogant attitude of foreigners towards plundering and smuggling Chinese cultural relics when he was studying abroad. After returning to China, he ostensibly became a noble son of Shanghai, and privately formed a team dedicated to blocking the smuggling of cultural relics.
