All six of King Richard's Fluegel Knights never charted on the Billboard Hot 100, but they all made the Top 40 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart, with their biggest hit in 1967 peaked at #11 with "Everybody Loves My Baby". That same song did make the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart, getting only as high as #126. One other song did make the Bubbling Under chart, and that was "Camelot" in 1968. "Camelot" made it to #107 but had better success on the Adult Contemporary chart, peaking at #12. It starts of with a slow tempo fluegel horn/acoustic guitar solo, and 30 seconds later, it picks up the rhythm to add bass, drums, and a bit of electric guitar, something found in either a Herb Alpert or Sergio Mendes song. Did I mention that the fluegel horn is its main instrument?
