Creamy Greek Yogurt Cake
Ingredients:
Greek yogurt 500g
sugar 125g(If you like less sugar, you can make 80g)
egg x4 (room temperature)
cornstarch 40g

Instructions:
1. Mix Greek yogurt and sugar(you can adjust according to your preferred sweetness)
2. Add 4 whole eggs into the yogurt mixture. The eggs must at room temperature. Mix it well.
3. Sift the cornstarch to the mixture.
4. Prepare a baking pan. Crumple the parchment paper. Grease the pan with melted butter. Place the paper, then grease the paper too.
5. Pour the batter. Take out the bubbles on the surface if it has.
6.Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 45mins.
7. Let it cool down.
8. Sprinkle top with icing sugar before serving for better taste.
