Not everyone likes beef liver as it can be tough. This recipe will teach you how to soften any liver. Now I often cook fried liver like this, it's a favorite recipe in my family. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Ingredients and preparation:
Beef liver (approx. 600 g)
Remove the silver skin
Do you know an easy method to remove the silver skin?
2 tablespoons baking soda
Mix well
Cover and let stand 30 minutes
Put the potatoes in the pan
Turn on the heat and heat the pan
Add the rosemary (or thyme).
Turn and drizzle with olive oil
Fry for about 2 more minutes on medium heat
Salt the potatoes
Pour boiling water (approx. 60-80 ml)
Cook covered over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes
3-4 cloves of garlic
Turn the potatoes over and cook, covered, until tender, about 5-8 minutes
Make sure the potatoes are done
Add 1 tablespoon butter and let melt
Turn off the stove
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher
Salt
Fry until browned and crispy
Turn and add some butter
Fry until golden brown
Add the garlic and fry for a further 1 minute
These potatoes are so good!
Rinse the liver well to remove the baking soda
Drain the water for a few minutes
Black pepper
Salt
2 tablespoons flour
Heat a pan with oil for frying
Fry on medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes
Turn and fry for another 2-3 minutes
Add more frying oil
Fry a second batch of liver
1 large onion
Heat a frying pan with frying oil
Add 1 tablespoon of butter
Add the onions and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes
Salt
Black pepper
A little butter
Scatter the onions over the liver
Serve with potatoes, it's incredibly tasty
